Responsible for providing legal support to taxpayers and ensuring proper resolution of queries related to tax law and regulations.
Collect customer feedback and develop reports that highlight customer satisfaction trends.
Follows all relevant legal support department policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions and ensures that work is done in a consistent and consistent manner.
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account leading practices, improving business processes, reducing costs and improving productivity.
Promote implementation and adherence to policies, processes and operating procedures for others within the Legal Support Department.
Coordinate with the Policy and Legislation Department to resolve incoming taxpayer inquiries related to legal interpretations of tax law and regulations.
– Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent.
– At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
